Job Description

Our client is the number one car dealer review site in the UK, assisting customers make decisions when buying a new or used car.

We are looking for a proactive, results driven individual to join them on the stage of their growth.

· Researching, understanding & identifying new business opportunities; including new markets, new clients & new partnerships
· Building relationships with new clients, gauging their needs and developing proposals to address these needs
· Developing and managing a robust sales pipeline including short, medium & long-term wins, securing sales and closing deals
· Generating leads through maintaining high levels of outbound telephone and email activity to target key decision makers using different sales methods and techniques
· Achieving activity KPIs gathering new information, contact details & setting up face-to-face or virtual appointments
· Attending appointments with prospective customers in order to pitch products and services
· Conducting PowerPoint presentations to small and large groups, easily adapting content and style to suit the audience. Maintaining group focus with fresh information, appealing narrative and articulate responses to comments and questions
· Providing weekly progress reports on account activities, pipeline and sales forecasts
· Marketing the brand name through networking opportunities by attending various industry events and exhibitions
· Analyse customer performance through investigation of current volumes and revenue streams looking for opportunities to grow
· Monitoring and evaluating industry trends and customer drivers, meeting regularly with managers and stakeholders to discuss strategy

Role Requirements

Developing business from scratch is not for the faint hearted, however should you relish the challenge of building a pipeline of clients this role could be for you. Being face to face with potential clients is vital. This predominantly field based role requires someone who has proven ability in building new business within the automotive world.
