The company continues to grow exponentially, and as such has a new and exciting opportunity which will assist the company along its tremendous growth trajectory.
Reporting to the Head of Sales and working very closely with the Director of Strategy and the Group CEO, we are looking for a proven account manager with systems integration and technical product knowledge to spearhead growth with our major healthcare customers.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE:
·Experience leading and assisting with technical requests including API integrations, embeddable components, and basic technical support
·Knowledge of Restful web services would be desirable
·Account management experience with a proven track record of growing business in a B2B environment
·Strong relationship building skills
·Experience working with larger corporates and navigating around complex structures
·Knowledge of CRM systems
·An entrepreneurial approach to business
·A passion for delivering customer service excellence
·Experience in the healthcare or retail finance industry would be advantageous
MAIN ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Take overall responsibility for the development of our key accounts
·Collate technical feedback and propose areas for improvement
·Drive our product and service integration strategy
·Propose and take ownership of new integration initiatives and other innovations to generate increased take-up of payment options
·Be the main point of contact for all key accounts, working closely with support teams – IT, operations, finance, and marketing – to ensure that any issues are resolved in a timely and ultimately successful way by the relevant team members
·When called upon, introduce and sell payment options to other potential clients, collate the necessary paperwork to set-up an account and deliver training and on-going support
·Provide face to face and on-line training as required for all clients’ internal and external stakeholders
·Keep the Company’s CRM system updated with all commercial activity
·Report regularly on progress with all clients, presenting sales data versus targets and remedial actions where necessary
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
You will be confident, out-going, enthusiastic and well organised and someone, who is comfortable working independently and used to getting things done. You will have the maturity to influence and negotiate with a wide range of stakeholders – senior management, C-suite, sales and marketing teams, and possess a high level of client relationship building skills
You will also be comfortable with travelling frequently to make client visits and to attend meetings at our head office in Cheshire.

·The Consumer Credit Act as far as it impacts upon us and our clients

We will provide training in all of these aspects.
