Job Description

Mon to Fri only

Be responsible for overall administrative support along with schedule coordination for the Aftermarket field technicians.

Keep reports weekly and monthly updated in Salesforce

Provide billable service quotes, update price sheets, and help generate revenue for aftermarket

Coordinate and schedule all technical service, installation, warranty, and billable trips

Approve all travel expenses prior to aftermarket personnel trips

Review all aftermarket expense reports to ensure all reporting is accurate and in line with company policies

Coordinate all foreign travel arrangements that may include letters of intent, visas, passports, etc.

Maintain professional office environment including telephone answering

Work with the Contract Admin on machine bookings

Plan installation scheduling from shipment arrival to press sign off

Follow up on installation discrepancies and action follow ups

Work with Service Manager and service team to ensure all cases are updated or closed

Continued process improvements

Ideally, you will possess the following:

  • Outstanding customer and employee relations skills
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Microsoft office knowledge: Advanced knowledge in MS Word, Excel and MS Outlook
  • Salesforce or other scheduling tools experience
