Job Description
Due to growth our client is seeking to expand their Sales team – the role is a great mix of both sales and account management. You will need to have a great telephone manner, excellent account management skills and the ability to sell within a consultative business to business environment.
Through both inbound and outbound calling you will be tasked with selling products – developing and managing your own client base which will allow you to build up a pipeline of commission.
In order to develop your client base you will be passed a number of leads to follow up on from the Company’s Field Agents. You will also need to make regular outbound business-to-business (B2B) telephone calls as well as taking incoming telephone product enquiries and converting those callers into new customers, which you can then add to your own client base.
As the Sales Executive / Account Manager you don’t need any particular industry experience for this job as additional product training will be provided, although you must have a confident telephone manner, the ability to sell and excellent account management skills so you can manage and grow your client base.

Ideal candidates will have:
– An excellent telephone manner and the ability to sell and negotiate with your customer base
– Business-to-Business (B2B) experience preferred, although not essential
– The ability to account manage your client base, keeping in regular contact and providing the highest level of customer service
– A desire to succeed with the motivation and ability to reach achievable targets
