We are seeking a meticulous and adaptable Sales Administrator to help manage our client’s sales, including handling incoming phone calls, preparing and processing quotes and orders, and host customer visits in their showroom.

A dynamic, fast growing business, supplying the best quality products within their field, to trade partners across the UK. They offer a very relaxed and friendly working environment, where everyone is encouraged to develop and contribute ideas.

Operating from modern offices with onsite parking and they organise regular staff social events.

You should have experience in a busy sales office environment and possess strong administrative and IT skills.

Sales Administrator responsibilities:
Managing customer phone calls, emails and correspondence.
Processing quotations.
Processing purchase orders.
Issuing sales transaction invoices.
Verifying orders, including customers’ personal information and payment details.
Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
Supporting the field sales team with enquires.

General experience and qualification requirements:
Previous experience in sales and customer service administration.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of Sage an advantage.
Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
A great telephone manner.
Confident and relaxed when meeting people.
