Our client is seeking two telephone experienced Customer Service Advisors to join their lively teams.
– Handling incoming calls and emails from customers, building rapport and providing them with a warm, friendly experience
– Explaining features and benefits on available products, handling objections
– Keeping an up to date knowledge of products available and any changes in industry guidelines
– Complaint handling and resolution
– Keeping customer database updated
Full training will be given however candidates must have at least 12 months telephone based customer service or sales experience.
