Our client is seeking an experienced Administrator who thrives on being organised, multi-tasking and liaising with clients.
Duties:
– Liaising with clients and their customers on a daily basis via telephone and email
– Managing email inboxes and creating mailshots
– Assisting with events and associated administration tasks
– this will involve meeting clients face to face when required
– Managing event attendances and ensuring all relating event information is updated
– Raising invoices and chasing up outstanding payments
– Completing general administration duties
– Using MS Word and Excel.
