Our client a well established business require an experienced Customer Account Manager to join their existing team. This role is fully office based, and involves managing and building business relationships.
– Building and maintaining new and existing customer relationships
– Maintaining contract via telephone and email
– Following up new business opportunities
– Managing email inboxes
– Taking and overseeing the progress of customer orders
– Dealing with overseas suppliers
– Liaising with the Warehouse
– Carrying out associated administration tasks
– Providing support to colleagues
Required
– Previous experience in a similar role required
– Strong communicator an highly organised
– Confident MS Office user
